Due to the high demand certain products may take loner to ship. Please note 95% of the products listed in the The Scream Lab shop is handmade and only prepare by one person. Your patience is greatly appreciated. All orders are worked everyday to be able to ship out quicker.

When sending an email in regards to an order status please remember to include the order number in the email. 

Custom Orders 

I tried my best to make it easy to order a custom order through the custom orders section. However, sometimes it can still be unclear. If you have any questions concerning a custom request please email me at thescreamlab.info@gmail.com. You can also use this email to send large images for your custom order if the images aren't uploading.
